The heart and soul of Compete Baseball Academy is our coaching staff. These guys come from all walks of life: college coaches, ex-professional players, business owners, high school coaches, former collegiate athletes, and in some cases just great baseball people with higher-level coaching experience. All of these instructors have a few things in common - love for the game of baseball, skills they can pass on, and an agreement with the core beliefs of Compete Baseball Academy.
A very important decision for CBA is to eliminate competition with local facilities, coaches, and baseball organizations. We don't have a facility, and our goal is to SUPPORT the good coaches, teachers, and facilities in this area with partnership in order to make these instructors see value in being on our team.
Being a part of COMPETE BASEBALL ACADEMY will be a rewarding way for baseball instructors in our area to increase their exposure and talents.
You can be sure that all instructors of CBA have been carefully selected and are uniquely qualified to teach the youth they are entrusted with.
